Will the air conditioner be affected if annual maintenance is not performed?

If users do not maintain the air conditioner annually, it will affect the performance of the machine, the machine will run less efficiently, and consume more electricity. In some cases, if not cleaned for a long time, the machine will be too dirty, reducing the heat exchange capacity, the equipment will operate overloaded and may cause damage, especially the compressor. 

The remote control is broken/lost. Is there any way to use the air conditioner (turn off/on/adjust temperature...) without the remote control?

Why is the air conditioner not receiving the signal from the remote control?

There are 3 cases that can happen:

- Turn the machine on/off using the ON/OFF button on the indoor unit to check if the machine is operating normally. If the machine is operating normally, the problem may be due to a broken control or a fault in the control signal receiver. The indoor unit is installed near interference devices (near lights using electronic ballasts, fire alarms, etc.)

- When the machine cannot operate, users need to check if the power to the air conditioner has been turned on or the circuit board may be damaged.
