Our warranty policy protects your product optimally

I. WARRANTY POLICY RESIDENTIAL AIR CONDITIONERS

All Mitsubishi Heavy duty wall-mounted residential Air Conditioners are covered by the following warranty policy:

+ Entire machine: 2 YEAR WARRANTY

+ Compressor: 5 YEAR WARRANTY

II. WARRANTY POLICY PACKAGE AIR CONDITIONERS/MULTI SYSTEM

All Mitsubishi Heavy duty package Air Conditioners (PAC)/multi (MULTI) system are covered by the following warranty policy:

+ Entire machine: 2 YEAR WARRANTY

III. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

When purchasing Mitsubishi Heavy products, each customer will be provided with a warranty card that clearly states the buyer's information, place of sale information and product information.

*Note: All information in the warranty card must be provided complete and accurate, otherwise the warranty card will be invalid.

Warranty card is only issued once. If you lose the card, please contact our Warranty Center for support.

Cases not covered by warranty

We will refuse warranty in any case if the customer does not comply with the regulations mentioned above or

  • Under unsafe working conditions, such as working at heights or near high-voltage lines.
  • The product is out of warranty period or has not been properly registered for warranty as required.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect usage, incorrect voltage, or unstable voltage.
  • Damage caused by improper transportation, dropping, natural disasters, lightning, fire, or corrosive environments.
  • The user dismantled, altered the machine structure, product serial number, or had repairs done at locations other than Hai Li company’s authorized service centers.
  • The serial number and model do not match the warranty card or have been altered, scratched, or erased.
  • Other damages not caused by the manufacturer, such as intrusion by insects, rodent bites, or environmental corrosion…
