2. Promotion Period:

Original duration: March 15, 2025 – June 30, 2025

New duration: March 15, 2025 – July 31, 2025

3. Prize Claim Notification:

Original timelines:

Customers must notify Hai Li Co., Ltd – Hanoi Branch of winning scratch cards no later than 5:00 PM on July 7, 2025. Any notifications received after this time will not be eligible for prize redemption.

Hai Li Co., Ltd – Hanoi Branch must receive all winning scratch cards and prize claim documents no later than 5:00 PM on July 15, 2025. Any submissions after this time will be considered invalid and not eligible for prize redemption.

Updated timelines:

Latest time to notify prize win: No later than 5:00 PM on August 8, 2025. Notifications received after this time will not be valid for prize redemption.

Deadline for submitting prize claim documents: No later than 5:00 PM on August 15, 2025. Submissions after this time will be considered invalid and not accepted for prize redemption.
