I. Warranty policy

All wall-mounted residential product lines of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries are covered by the warranty policy act as follows:

+ Entire machine: 2 YEAR WARRANTY

+ Compressor: 5 YEAR WARRANTY

II. Warranty conditions

When purchasing Mitsubishi Heavy Industries products, each customer will be provided with a warranty card that states: Clear buyer information, place of sale information and product information.

*Note: All information in the warranty card must be provided completely and accurately, otherwise the warranty card will be invalid.

Warranty card is only issued once. If you lose it, please contact our Warranty Center for support.

Cases not covered by warranty

• The product has expired warranty period or has not been properly registered for warranty according to regulations.
