2. Describe the problem

At this step, Mitsubishi Heavy's call center staff will listen to the problem that is happening with your air conditioner. Depending on each case, the staff will advise and guide the customer to handle it themselves or send a technical team to the location to handle it.

Usually, customers will often encounter the following problems:

- Using the air conditioner incorrectly leads to the machine not being cold: for example, adjusting the temperature to the lowest level of 18 degrees but still not feeling cold, it may be because the customer is setting the air conditioner to the blowing mode instead of the cooling mode. In this case, the call center staff will support the customer in the appropriate way to control the air conditioner.

- The machine is used for a long time without cleaning, leading to water leakage, poor cooling, weak wind: usually every 6 months, the air conditioner needs to be cleaned once to help the air conditioner work best, if left for too long without cleaning, it will lead to the above situations.

- Unstable voltage causes the air conditioner to not be controlled, not cool, and turn off: this is also a common case due to unstable voltage at the installation location, leading to the air conditioner being affected and quickly damaged.

- When cleaning and maintaining the air conditioner, it is necessary to do it for both the condenser and the evaporator. There are many cases where, for some reason, customers only clean and maintain the evaporator and ignore the condenser, at which point the air conditioner will not work well and can easily cause problems and damage to the machine.

3. Make an appointment with a technician

In other cases, the call center staff will send a team of technicians to the customer's location to fix the problem within 24 hours. Customers need to provide the machine type name or serial number so that the technical team can prepare the appropriate components upon arrival, avoiding wasting the customer's time returning to the headquarters to find replacement components. If the customer wants to schedule another time, they need to provide the exact date and time.
