Hai Li Co., Ltd. and Maco factory train Mitsubishi Heavy Industries air conditioner products for the warranty station system in the northern region.

On October 21, 2022, the warranty center in conjunction with MACO factory organized a training session for the warranty station system in the Northern region with the content "Technical training on warranty of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries air conditioners". The training course was attended by the head of the training department of MACO factory - MHI air conditioner factory in Thailand

After a period of interruption due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Hai Li Co., Ltd. resumed organizing direct product training courses with more than 70 employees from nearly 40 warranty stations across the North.

The training course took place over 1 day at the Conference Center 37 Hung Vuong, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.

The main contents of the training course include:

•    Introduction to Mitsubishi Heavy Industries air conditioning products distributed by Hai Li Company.

•    Practice installing RAC/MULTI/PACKAGE product lines.

•    Instructions on analyzing and handling some common errors.

The training course not only helps warranty stations update information, product strengths, and installation methods of new product lines, but also helps warranty stations answer questions about products and warranty services of Hai Li Company. This is also an opportunity to connect and exchange information between the company and the warranty station system to increasingly improve service quality and better serve customers.
