- Hai Li Company Limited provides home sales and collection services throughout Vietnam.

- Please check the goods carefully, compare the product with the documents and warranty card (if any) before receiving. In case you ask a relative to receive the goods, you still need to check the goods carefully before receiving. After successful delivery, Hai Li is only responsible for technical errors caused by the Manufacturer (according to the Exchange/Return Policy and Warranty Policy), all other cases will not be our responsibility.

We currently have the following delivery methods:

1. Receive goods directly at Hai Li

- For customers who come to buy goods at the headquarters and branches of Hai Li Company Limited, you will receive goods directly at the company's store at the following address:

HCM: No. 12 Hoang Trong Mau, Tan Hung Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City

HN: No. 57A Ve Ho Street, Xuan La Ward, Tay Ho District, Hanoi

- Please check the goods carefully, compare the product with the documents, warranty card (if any) before receiving.

2. Delivery to customers

- Hai Li authorizes a number of delivery units such as giaohangtietkiem, DHL, Grab, Ahamove... or other reputable delivery units to deliver goods to the customer's designated address nationwide.

- When ordering, please fill in all the necessary information as required to facilitate us in providing goods and receiving payment quickly. We are also not responsible for cases of delayed or lost delivery due to incorrect information provided by you.

- Delivery time depends on geographical location, only relative:

· Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi: From 2 to 3 days,

· Other provinces: From 5 to 10 days

- Please check the goods carefully upon receiving them from the delivery person. If there are any problems related to the type, quality, or quantity of goods that are not as described in the order, please notify us immediately to coordinate with the delivery unit to handle the problem.

3. Delivery via passenger vehicle (car company) at bus stations

- Normally, this form of delivery will be applied to customers in districts and provinces far from the center; and you have acquaintances - relatives, trust in the passenger vehicle.

- Hai Li will deliver the goods to you via passenger vehicle according to the customer's request.

- Please provide us with the correct information of the vehicle: Name of the vehicle (vehicle name), Full name of the vehicle owner (or driver, assistant), Vehicle license plate, time of arrival and departure at the bus stations... and some other information.

- Please pay the full value of the order before Hai Li delivers the goods or the owner (owner) of the passenger vehicle will pay the full value of the order before receiving. At the same time, you should ask the vehicle owner (the person receiving the goods from Hai Li) to carefully check the goods before receiving.

In case of delay in delivery or service provision

- Delivery time may be slower than expected for a number of reasons such as: Incorrect customer address, Customer is not at home, Delivery staff cannot contact customer, natural disaster, fire... If due to Hai Li's reason, we will contact you to rearrange a reasonable delivery time.

- In case the expected time has passed and the customer has not received the goods, please respond so that we can take the fastest solution. While waiting for the goods, if you want to change the order (Change product, Do not want to receive the goods anymore...) but the service has not delivered to the customer, please notify Hai Li so that we can resolve it with the delivery service.
