We, Hai Li Company Limited, declare that our imported products from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries- Mahajak Air Conditioners CO.,LTD (Thailand) factory fully comply with the permitted content of toxic substances (*) and other requirements in Circular 30/2011/TT-BCT dated August 10, 2011, temporarily regulating the permitted content limits of some toxic chemicals in electrical and electronic products and Decision No. 4693/QD-BCT dated September 16, 2011 (correcting Circular 30/2011/TT-BCT).

 (*) The permissible content of toxic substances for Pb, Hg, Cr6+, PBB, PBDE does not exceed 0.1% by mass; and Cd does not exceed 0.01% by mass.
