For those who use air conditioners for the first time or even those who have used air conditioners for many years, sometimes they will not fully understand the cooling and heating functions of the machine on the remote control. Mitsubishi Heavy would like to guide you on the uses and how to adjust these modes!

Normally, the air conditioner will have the following main cooling functions:
This is the most optimal cooling mode when the air conditioner is just turned on, it operates on the principle of sucking hot air in the room and blowing back cooled air, helping to lower the temperature quickly.
In particular, Mitsubishi Heavy air conditioners will have an additional Hi Power function to support COOL mode, this function will operate continuously at high capacity to cool quickly within 15 minutes of turning on the machine. Along with Hi Power mode, there is also Eco mode to reduce electricity costs, operate smoothly and always maintain the room temperature when reaching the set temperature.

Dry is a mode that helps reduce humidity in the air, often used on days with high humidity. The mechanism of Dry mode is to absorb the humidity in the air in the room to the outside environment and return the room to a drier atmosphere, making you feel cooler. Because it mainly only turns on the dehumidifying function, the compressor and fan are not used much, so this mode helps save more electricity.
Usually, the time to use this mode should also be limited to 1-2 hours. If it exceeds this time, it can cause some bad side effects for the body such as dry skin, eye strain, skin irritation... With Mitshubishi products, you can rest assured because the product has been equipped with a humidity control sensor, to always maintain the necessary humidity in the room.
HEAT mode is only available in 2-way air conditioners and is often used in winter when the temperature drops because it has a heating function.
After starting the HEAT mode, you can freely adjust the temperature by using the 2 up and down arrow keys. The most suitable temperature when using this mode is from 20-24 degrees Celsius. The temperature difference between the room and the outside should not exceed 10 degrees Celsius to avoid thermal shock.
If you still do not know how to adjust the air conditioner to suit the surrounding environment, the AUTO mode will help you automatically adjust the temperature, humidity and wind speed of the air conditioner through smart sensors, making the user feel most comfortable and pleasant.
This is the mode that only runs the fan and turns off the compressor, stopping the cooling. This mode is used when you feel that the room temperature is cool enough, and just want to blow the fan to circulate the air in the room. However, instead of running the air conditioner in fan mode, you can turn on the ceiling fan or electric fan (if it is in the room) for a smooth air circulation.
