b. Cleaning the condenser:

The condenser is exposed to the outside environment with a lot of dirt, insects, etc. The air conditioner maintenance staff will remove the condenser cover and use a pressure pump to spray the radiator to clean the dirt, insects, etc.

Check whether the installation location of the condenser is properly covered, is it affected by the environment, make sure the ground wire is not exposed or disconnected, check if any equipment is corroded, etc.

c. Cleaning the evaporator:

Remove the evaporator cover and use a pressure pump to spray the radiator to clean the dirt. In some cases in special environments where oil vapor or chemical vapor sticks to the evaporator such as hair salons, laboratories, etc., it is necessary to remove the evaporator, rinse it with soapy water, then rinse it with clean water, then dry it with a soft cloth and reinstall it.

- Clean the air filter: Remove the air filter and then clean it if the filter is too dirty, clean it with water and then dry it completely.

- Make sure there are no obstacles around the air outlet.

- Check and clean the condensate drain pipe.
